Place Connect, Create Community and Recharge

An evening for those who work hard at holding the emotional, physical,

or spiritual wellbeing of others in their daily lives, and those that feel deeply and wish to deepen their relationship with themselves and others while connecting to an embodied sense of calm and presence.

  • Take time to re-connect to yourself and recharge

  • Soothe your nervous system with yin (restorative) yoga or other slow movement, reflective or grounding practices

  • Connect with community who is looking to connect with others and deepen their ability to experience of calm while exploring their own awareness and relationship to themselves with curiosity and authenticity

Please note that a portion of the evening will include interacting with others, either optionally as part of a large group, or through one on one partner exercises.
